With a delicate fragrance that fills the air, these blooms are a sight to behold, attracting pollinators and adding a touch of elegance to your outdoor space.

What to Know About the Plant

The Taylor Maid Native Azalea is a deciduous shrub that boasts lush, green foliage in the warmer months, turning a rich bronze hue in the fall before dropping its leaves. This compact shrub typically grows to a height of 4-6 feet, with a rounded form that adds structure and texture to your garden. Its graceful branches are adorned with clusters of blooms, creating a picturesque display throughout the blooming season.

Enhancing your Fruitscape

Integrate the Taylor Maid Native Azalea into your fruitscape to infuse a touch of Southern charm into your landscape design. Pair this ornamental shrub with fruit trees like Peach or Plum for a stunning contrast of colors and textures. Add in berry plants such as Blueberries or Raspberries to create a dynamic mix of edibles and ornamentals that will delight both the eye and the palate. Tropical plants like Bananas or Pineapples can enhance the exotic appeal of the Azalea, while herbs like Mint or Basil provide a fragrant and flavorful addition to your garden. Together, these plants create a harmonious blend of beauty and functionality, transforming your outdoor space into a vibrant and thriving oasis.

Ornamental & Landscaping Plants at Just Fruits & Exotics

Although Just Fruits and Exotics has been providing ornamental and landscaping plants to customers at our nursery since we added “Exotics” to our name in the 1990’s, we never had them available to our customers online.

However, September of 2018, with the launch of our updated Just Fruits and Exotics website, we added many of our ornamental and landscaping plants to our online store for our customers nationwide.   We encourage you to “Fruitscape” your yards, mixing edibles and ornamentals to make your own edible garden.

Our checkout process features a handy calendar that allows you to choose the Monday on which you want your plant to ship. Depending on your location, you’ll likely receive your plant by Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of that week. Once shipped, UPS will generate a tracking number and send it to the email you provided.
