Kimberly Queen Fern - Exquisite Elegance for Your Garden
About the Bloom
The Kimberly Queen Fern doesn't bloom, but its lush, emerald-green fronds are a sight to behold. With graceful arching leaves that cascade in a symphony of green hues, this fern adds a touch of elegance and freshness to any garden or indoor space. Its foliage is evergreen, providing year-round beauty and vibrancy.
What to Know About the Plant
The Kimberly Queen Fern features vibrant, glossy leaves that are a deep shade of green, creating a striking contrast against lighter foliage. This fern is evergreen, so it maintains its lush appearance throughout the year, adding a touch of greenery to any setting. It grows to a moderate size, reaching heights of 2-3 feet, making it a perfect choice for containers, hanging baskets, or as a focal point in a shaded garden area.
Enhancing your Fruitscape
Pair the Kimberly Queen Fern with fruit trees like Lemon, Lime, or Orange for a refreshing and tropical feel in your garden. The glossy green leaves of the fern complement the vibrant colors of citrus fruits, creating a visually appealing landscape. Mix in berry plants such as Strawberries or Blueberries for a pop of color and a delicious harvest. Herbs like Mint, Basil, or Parsley can also thrive alongside the Kimberly Queen Fern, adding fragrance and culinary delights to your garden. This fern's elegant appearance and versatile nature make it a perfect addition to any fruitscape design.
Landscaping with Ferns
Ferns are a very special plant with lots of understated beauty. These ferns can be so elegant without having to show off a colorful flower or bright fruit. Ferns just stay true to nature’s beauty by being simple and graceful. They unravel one leaf at a time to display the wonderful texture and patterns they have to offer. We love using ferns in planters to give it that contrasting texture and pattern. We also like to fill in shady garden beds with ferns to create a cool oasis.

Growing Guide
Currently, we only have growing guides for our edible plants.  We are working on them for our ornamental & landscaping plants, and will add them in the near future. Contact us if you have questions on how to plant and nurture your Ferns, and we will be glad to have one of our gardeners assist you.
Ornamental & Landscaping Plants at Just Fruits & Exotics
Although Just Fruits and Exotics has been providing ornamental and landscaping plants to customers at our nursery since we added “Exotics” to our name in the 1990’s, we never had them available to our customers online.
However, September of 2018, with the launch of our updated Just Fruits and Exotics website, we added many of our ornamental and landscaping plants to our online store for our customers nationwide.  We encourage you to “Fruitscape†your yards, mixing edibles and ornamentals to make your own edible garden.
