About the Bloom
The Japanese Boxwood is a classic beauty that doesn’t bloom, but its evergreen foliage is a sight to behold. With small, glossy leaves that maintain their deep green color year-round, this shrub adds a touch of sophistication to any landscape. Its compact form and dense foliage create a lush, vibrant backdrop for your garden.
What to Know About the Plant
This evergreen shrub features dense, rounded foliage that grows in a tight, compact form, making it ideal for hedging, borders, or as a standalone specimen. Its vibrant green leaves provide a striking contrast against other plants in your garden, adding a touch of elegance and structure to your landscape. The Japanese Boxwood is a slow-growing shrub that reaches a height of 2-4 feet, making it easy to maintain and shape according to your preferences.

However, September of 2018, with the launch of our updated Just Fruits and Exotics website, we added many of our ornamental and landscaping plants to our online store for our customers nationwide.  We encourage you to “Fruitscape†your yards, mixing edibles and ornamentals to make your own edible garden.
