Charming Cat Palm – A Touch of Tropical Bliss for Your Space
About the Bloom
The Cat Palm tree is a delightful addition to any space, offering lush green fronds that sway gently in the breeze. While it doesn’t produce blooms, its vibrant foliage adds a pop of color and tropical charm to your surroundings, creating a serene oasis wherever it’s placed.
What to Know About the Plant
The Cat Palm is an evergreen beauty, showcasing graceful, arching fronds that bring a touch of elegance to your space. This plant typically grows to a height of 4-6 feet, making it perfect for indoor or outdoor settings. Its compact size and attractive appearance make it a versatile choice for any plant lover looking to add a bit of the tropics to their home or garden.
Enhancing your Fruitscape
Integrate the Cat Palm into your fruitscape to create a tropical paradise right in your own backyard. Pair it with fruit trees like Citrus, Mango, or Avocado to enhance the exotic vibe and bring a taste of the tropics to your landscape. Combine it with colorful berry plants such as Strawberries or Blueberries for a vibrant burst of color and flavor. Mix in herbs like Basil or Mint to add a fresh, aromatic touch to your garden oasis. Together, these plants create a harmonious blend of edibles and ornamentals that will transport you to a lush, tropical paradise every time you step outside.
Landscaping with Palm Trees
Palm trees add a very special feeling to the landscape. Palms bring on a feeling of a natural oasis that soothes and relaxes the yards essence. A palm tree can be used as a focal point to highlight the graceful specimen. The tropical feel of the fronds will smooth over any sharp contours or edges in the design of the landscape. Planting palm trees will add the touch of tropical paradise that makes you feel like you are vacationing in your own yard.

Growing Guide
Currently, we only have growing guides for our edible plants.  We are working on them for our ornamental & landscaping plants, and will add them in the near future. Contact us if you have questions on how to plant and nurture your Palm Trees, and we will be glad to have one of our gardeners assist you.
Ornamental & Landscaping Plants at Just Fruits & Exotics
Although Just Fruits and Exotics has been providing ornamental and landscaping plants to customers at our nursery since we added “Exotics” to our name in the 1990’s, we never had them available to our customers online.
However, September of 2018, with the launch of our updated Just Fruits and Exotics website, we added many of our ornamental and landscaping plants to our online store for our customers nationwide.  We encourage you to “Fruitscape†your yards, mixing edibles and ornamentals to make your own edible garden.

The Journey From Our Nursery to Your Door: We NEVER ship our plants bare root. Your plant will travel in the very container in which it was nurtured. We thoroughly prune and water them before packing, and make sure they’re well wrapped to retain moisture during transit. It’s as though you’ve personally collected them from our nursery!
Choose Your Ship Date: We understand you’ll want to be available when your plant arrives. Our checkout process features a handy calendar that allows you to choose the Monday on which you want your plant to ship. Depending on your location, you’ll likely receive your plant by Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of that week. Once shipped, UPS will generate a tracking number and send it to the email you provided. You can then follow your plant’s journey and ensure someone is available to unpack it on arrival day.
